By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
1. Subscription and Payments
1.1 Subscription Plans: We offer monthly ($13.99/month) and annual ($139/year) subscription plans for our Premium service. The specific features included in each plan are described on our pricing page.
1.2 Payment: All payments are processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for the subscription plan you selected.
1.3 Automatic Renewal: Unless you cancel your subscription, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate. You will be charged the subscription fee on your original sign-up date or the last day of each billing period.
1.4 Cancellations and Refunds: You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to the Premium features until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law.
2. Use of the Service
2.1 License: Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Service for your personal or internal business purposes.
2.2 Usage Restrictions: You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Attempt to bypass any usage limitations or restrictions, such as those related to free vs. premium features
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service
- Transfer, sell, or sublicense the Service to any third party
- Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks
- Use automated scripts to collect information from or interact with the Service
3. Premium Features
Our Service offers premium parental control features including advanced content filtering, smart time management, detailed activity reports, and password protection. Premium subscribers gain access to all filtering capabilities as described on our pricing page.
We reserve the right to modify the features available in each plan at any time. If we make substantial changes to the features offered in your current plan, we will provide notification via email or within the extension.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Child Safety Protection and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.
We do not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
6. Limitation of Liability
IN NO EVENT SHALL CHILD SAFETY PROTECTION, NOR ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES, BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the new Terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the Service or cancel your subscription.
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect.
